The SpectorSoft Knowledge Base provides information on resolving questions about product functionality, software conflicts, and incompatibilities which are not covered in the product Help manual.

Your product serial number is required in order to access the Knowledge Base. The serial number can be found:

  1. within the software on the Help>About menu,
  2. from your original email purchase receipt, or
  3. on the back of CD holder (if CD was purchased).

If you have misplaced your product serial number you must contact us and provide your purchase information.
